- dining room (sat TV);
- kitchen corner equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, an electric
grill, a coffee machine, a toaster);
- outside rest area (barbeque);
- two pools (only in the summer, one for adults, the other for children) ;
- parking place in the street (in the yard - optional);

It is your choice to use kitchen facilities free of charge.
